Dealers will inspect and provide a refund for the purchase price of the tires as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 20, 2026. Owners may contact TBC Quality Assurance at 1-800-739-7698.

The Tire Identification Number (TIN) is too long and cannot be registered by owners. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 574, "Tire Identification & Recordkeeping."
